Travis leverages his background working on corporate finance and accounting transactions in assisting everyday home buyers and sellers. With a passion for distilling complex financial transactions into actionable information, his clients are able to make the best informed decisions. Travis' unique background lends itself to his ability to navigate not just individual real estate transactions, but long term financial considerations.
This includes buying, selling, investing, renovations, rentals, property management, modeling out financial decisions, assessing market value, and negotiating terms and price. Prior to working in real estate, Travis was a Senior Manager at EverCommerce facilitating financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration of acquired companies, in preparation for their IPO in 2021. Previously, Travis worked for KPMG in their Deal Advisory practice advising corporate and private equity clients throughout their transactions and accounting changes.
